Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end supply chain activities. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and drive forecasting accuracy to support the production plan and ensure on-time delivery of quality materials.

You will report to the Director of Operations and have opportunities for advancement within 3–5 years, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a high-paced manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team, including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain vendor selection and relationships; negotiate prices, delivery times, and billing terms.
• Develop and review inventory management strategies aligned with supply chain and business objectives.
• Lead demand forecasting and forecasting accuracy across products and regions.
• Produce weekly and monthly inventory reports and vendor performance metrics.
• Coach and direct staff on purchasing, planning, scheduling production and inventory control.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to drive current and future demand and growth.
