Job summary

Justrite Safety Group seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods to support the production plan. You will manage vendor relations, forecast demand, and drive inventory optimization while leading a team of Purchasing Agents and a Buyer.

You will work with sales and operations, participate in budgeting and strategic planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-paced manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team, including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain vendor selection and relationships for all materials used in the facility.
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and billing terms with focus on total cost of ownership.
• Develop and review inventory management strategies aligned with supply chain and business objectives.
• Produce weekly and monthly inventory reports and vendor performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and direct subordinate staff on purchasing and planning.
