Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end supply chain activities. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and drive forecasting accuracy to support the production plan and ensure on-time delivery of quality materials.

You will report to the Director of Operations and have opportunities for advancement within 3–5 years, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in a high-paced manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment.
  • Direct experience supervising and coaching a team, including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

The Contribution You’ll Bring to this Role

The Supply Chain Manager manages the supply chain activities of the business. The role ensures timely delivery of quality finished goods and raw materials from all external vendors to support the production plan and inventory targets. The manager analyzes inventory data, forecasts needs, manages inventory levels, and works closely with various departments to streamline processes. The manager plays a crucial role in minimizing costs, reducing waste, and ensuring the right products and raw materials are available at the right time. The position manages a team of Purchasing Agents and a Buyer.

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Operations and has opportunities for advancement within 3-5 years.

About the Team

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you’ll work with industry-leading suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products that keep our customers safe. The team is dedicated to optimizing processes, reducing lead times, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to meet high standards of quality and reliability. What You’ll Do at Justrite
  • Manage the supply chain vendor selection and relationships for all materials used in the facility. Negotiate prices (including freight), delivery times, and billing terms with a focus on total cost of product ownership from end to end. Develop and review inventory management strategies aligned with overall supply chain and business objectives.
  • Utilize strategic sourcing opportunities to enhance vendor costs, delivery times and cost containment. Support VAVE initiatives within the NoTrax operations team. Monitor movement of raw materials and finished goods to ensure production needs and customer fulfillment. Own accurate reporting of inventory targets and levels in the warehouse. Manage MRP within the ERP system for accurate forecasting. Support cycle counting and lead year‑end inventory count. Focus on continuous improvement within inventory and supply chain processes and collaborate across operations and warehousing.
  • Develop and maintain independent demand forecast models that drive supply chain planning processes. Participate in annual budgeting, strategic planning, and goal setting.
  • Produce weekly and monthly inventory reports and vendor performance metrics. Prepare additional reports and data analytics as needed for business leaders and executive review. Actively review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.
  • Lead, coach, and direct subordinate staff on purchasing, planning, scheduling production in the facilities, and inventory control. Act as the subject matter expert for demand planning and forecasting for all products.
  • Participate and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support and drive current and future demand and growth of the business unit.
Your Skills and Expertise

To ensure your success from day one, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high‑paced manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment.
  • Direct experience supervising and coaching a team, including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:

  • Advanced Excel skills, solid understanding of Power BI or other data‑warehouse technology, and proven ability to prioritize and organize a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong forecasting and modeling ability and statistical inclination.
Compensation

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $128,000. Actual base salaries will vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual incentive plan that enhances overall compensation when the business and financial targets are achieved.
