Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to Global Operations leaders and plant leadership teams.
• Provide financial insights during monthly reviews and leadership meetings.
• Identify and drive margin expansion and cost-control initiatives.
• Own weekly forecasting, annual and long-range planning processes, and management reporting.
