Baker Hughes is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for Global Operations, driving margin expansion and cost optimization across the supply chain. You will lead forecasting, close processes, and provide analytical insight to support leadership decisions.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing, and requires strong modeling, forecasting, and business acumen to translate data into actionable actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain leaders.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Operations and plant leadership for financial planning and cost optimization.
• Lead weekly forecasting and support AP, LRP, and SRP rhythms.
• Own monthly/quarterly close, reporting packages, and management presentations.
• Analyze regional/product mix, labor productivity, and margin trends.
• Support inventory accounting and working capital management.
• Develop business cases for capital investments and productivity initiatives.
• Support billing, collections, and past-due management.
