Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. You will partner with leaders to shape performance insights and profitability across multiple functions and initiatives.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, strategic advisory, and leading finance projects spanning one to two years, with opportunities to improve planning and cash generation throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A Operations experience
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities
• Ability to advise and influence leadership
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work across multiple functions and levels
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Managing the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across various levels of the organization.
• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure performance across business & product line, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning, and other functions.
• Analyzing business performance and recommending action plans to improve profitability, cash generation, and operational effectiveness.
• Identifying performance gaps and supporting corrective action plans where necessary.
• Providing financial advice and guidance to functional management and business leaders regarding approaches, projects, programs, and operational improvements.
• Partnering with business functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and performance drivers that impact organizational goals.
• Communicating with business stakeholders regarding financial approaches, methodologies, and solutions for complex business challenges.
• Leading the design and implementation of finance-related projects and initiatives.
• Managing projects that may span one to two years and contribute to long-term business outcomes.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes.
