Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing, process operations, or related fields.
• Experience with HSE/PSM and regulatory requirements a plus.
• Track record of cost optimization and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop annual operating plans aligned with business objectives.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, PSM and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Manage production scheduling, inventory, capacity planning, and resources.
• Oversee maintenance, reliability, and capital projects for uptime.
