Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to partner with the Cordant Solutions Global Operations and Plant Leadership teams, providing financial leadership and actionable insights that drive margin expansion and productivity.

You will lead weekly forecasts, support annual, long-range, and short-range planning rhythms, and own the monthly close process while developing business cases for capital investments and cost savings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
Experience supporting operational leaders within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial organizations.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to Global Operations and Plant Leadership teams, including Sourcing, Quality, HSE, and Global Assembly Plants.
Provide financial insights and analytics during monthly operating reviews and leadership meetings.
Partner with stakeholders to identify margin expansion and cost-control initiatives.
Own weekly forecasting processes and support AP/LRP/SRP planning rhythms.
Lead monthly/quarterly closes, reporting packages, and management presentations.
Develop business cases for capital investments and productivity initiatives.
