Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 2+ years experience.
• Experience in order management and inventory optimization.
• Understanding of SAP and MRP functionality.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
• APICS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create regional (12-18 month) and global forecasts with the region sales/ops.
• Convert demand plans into physical orders with sales/ops.
• Analyze demand for exceptions and alignment with product strategy.
• Plan and schedule order timelines to minimize inventory and shipping costs.
• Prioritize delivery dates with Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery as needed.
• Conduct material management analyses (consumption, aging, safety stock).
• Implement inventory stocking strategies and monitor safety stock levels.
• Coordinate with AMO for spare parts and asset demands.
• Ensure new/repair assets and spares are captured in S&OP processes.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects to maximize value.
