Responsibilities

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders using Excel and ERP system.
• Submit purchase orders through portals and track through closure.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Review and reconcile shipping documents and PO quantities.
• Maintain records of vendor correspondence, pricing, and product info.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to keep data current.
• Perform three-way matching and monitor landed costs and variances.
• Assist month-end close and ensure PO closure and audit-ready documentation.
