Job summary

USP is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on-site in Fort Lee, NJ to support purchasing, logistics, and import operations. You will process purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, verify import documents, and oversee customs clearance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and vendor coordination. Hands-on training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level candidates developing a career in supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual in Korean and English, with effective vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase order operations and review orders to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, pricing, and terms issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements across purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
• Review and verify import documentation to ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Mitigate customs clearance and logistics risks to prevent delays or penalties.
