• Define Astrolab procurement strategy, objectives and guidelines in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Global Sourcing.
• Manage and develop the Purchasing department according to company values and policies.
• Oversee supplier audits and meetings to ensure performance and compliance.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers and set contracts or agreements.
• Monitor supplier risks and performance to prevent supply constraints.
• Drive total cost of ownership reduction across the supplier base.
