The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems. Starting salary is $55,000 per year, with potential for higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Five or more years of proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, inventory control, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with demand planning and forecasts.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure product availability, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Analyze inventory trends using VIP and Excel to identify shortages, excess inventory, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts through inventory management systems.
• Conduct demand planning and inventory analysis to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste and stockouts.
• Collaborate with management to develop forecasting strategies and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing and inventory processes.
