Job summary

WP Beverages Pepsi-Cola is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to optimize daily routing and pallet coordination for multiple franchises. You will forecast orders, procure materials, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues while supporting the entire operations department.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, data-driven planning, and collaboration with management to achieve company goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years operations experience in either Order Procurement and/or Strategic Routing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with problem solving and decision-making abilities to manage multiple projects within a fast paced environment.
• A strategic thinker with a vision who possesses strong management, leadership, and coaching abilities.
• Support various operational departments and personnel while working with management to achieve company goals.
• Goal oriented team player with excellent relationship building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Coordinator analyzes and schedules dynamic daily routing plans.
• Organizes pallets, consolidates trucks, and sends orders to be picked in the warehouse.
• Procures orders for assigned franchises by forecasting and using procurement tools to make ordering decisions.
• Communicates with external suppliers and internal teams to address supply chain issues requiring inventory adjustments.
• Provides coverage and support across the entire operational support department.
• Helps WP Beverages achieve its vision to be the pre-eminent sales and distribution organization through superior customer service.
• Additional duties as assigned.
