Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a Supply Planner to manage inventory levels and optimize the supply chain across multiple U.S. locations.

You will build strong supplier relationships, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain optimal days of supply to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring supplier performance, coordinating with warehouse teams, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles including supplier management and inventory optimization.
• Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, order accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Act as main contact for suppliers, manage contracts and resolve disputes.
• Plan purchase orders based on forecasted demand, inventory levels and lead times.
• Use data-driven insights to reduce costs and optimize inbound logistics across locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving and stocking.
