Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking an Inventory and Inbound Logistics Manager to oversee the integrity and strategic management of all inventory across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.

You will own inventory governance, cycle counting, analytics, and inbound transportation, partnering with Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Quality to support production commitments and customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum five years in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain leadership.
APICS or ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
Develop, implement, and sustain a cycle counting program using ABC classification.
Lead physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor shrinkage, handling damage, write-offs, and inventory adjustments.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on inventory performance to leadership.
Oversee inbound transportation strategy and supplier performance.
