Qualifikationen

• Ability to travel 50–75% and work on-site with suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier engagement to build trusted, high-performing relationships for Parker CFCD.
• Own recovery efforts for chronic shortages using root-cause & corrective-action processes.
• Conduct supplier visits, performance reviews, and meetings to verify capacity and recovery progress.
• Manage transfer of work from triage to implementation, ensuring continuity of supply.
• Drive supplier delivery improvements to reduce delays and close chronic issues.
• Develop recovery roadmaps using Lean, SIOP, PCI, and capacity planning tools.
• Lead Kaizen events with external suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and value-stream improvements across supplier networks.
• Monitor PFES priorities and coordinate with group teams to improve performance.
