Parker Aerospace in Ogden UT or Irvine CA is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to lead cross‑functional supplier engagement, strengthen relationships, and recover chronic shortages while supporting CFCD growth.

You will travel 50–75% of the time, conduct supplier visits and reviews, manage work transfers, and drive Lean and PPAP improvements across the supply base with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and cost. Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years' supplier development experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of supplier development experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and technical skills with ability to improve processes.
• Advanced computer skills and data-analysis tools.
• Experience implementing PPAP and quality-system improvements within the supply base.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Lean Enterprise principles and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier engagement to build trusted relationships with Parker CFCD.
• Own recovery efforts for chronic supplier shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier visits, performance reviews, and ensure recovery commitments.
• Manage work-transfer activities from triage to implementation.
• Drive supplier delivery improvements and reduce delays.
• Develop and execute supplier recovery roadmaps using Lean and SIOP.
