Parker Aerospace, located in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Supplier Recovery Manager to lead end-to-end responses to supplier performance issues. You will mobilize cross-functional teams to contain incidents and recover ultimately restoring on-time delivery, reporting progress and escalations as needed.

Day-to-day activities include supporting war rooms, coordinating with suppliers onsite or by phone, and maintaining a live action tracker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Aerospace supply chain, supplier quality, or procurement.
• Experience leading supplier recovery, CAPA, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

• Lead recovery efforts on supplier delivery issues with governance and reporting.

• Lead supplier recovery and risk mitigation at sites nationwide.
• Initiate vendor quality management and track performance.
• Deploy Supplier Recovery including assessments and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects for on-time delivery and sub-tier management.
• Own supplier scorecard improvements and recognition.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with all levels, report to executives on plans and results.
• Develop systemic countermeasures across complex org structures.
