Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of supplier development experience.

• Experience with PPAP and quality system improvements in supply base.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new suppliers’ capabilities and perform audits.
• Lead corrective actions and drive cost reduction.
• On-site supplier assessments and PRA reviews.
• Oversee PPAP and ensure supplier quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
