Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager in a full-time in-store role in Lone Tree, CO. The position drives operational and visual strategy, ensuring the store is always customer-ready and aligned with the brand.

You will lead a team, manage labor planning, inventory accuracy, and visual standards while collaborating with the General Manager on budgets, reporting, and strategic planning to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in retail or related industry.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile mindset with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Driven to grow business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support sell-through by accurate inventory counts and labor planning.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM; manage budgets and reports.
• Plan future business needs and staffing schedules with GM.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations and Visual team.
• Build internal and external pipelines through succession planning.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Flow experience leadership: collaborate with store manager, cross-functional.
