Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Store Lifecycle Leader to drive the end-to-end execution of lifecycle initiatives. You will own readiness, establish milestones, manage dependencies, and guide field teams through openings, remodels, and post-open stabilization.

You will partner with Store Growth, Finance, Technology and Field Operations to optimize processes, provide clear updates, and drive continuous improvement across lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field required.
• Experience in retail store operations or lifecycle management preferred.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and field partners.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of store lifecycle initiatives from openings to closures and events.
• Own readiness plans, resources, standards, and field execution for initiatives.
• Lead lifecycle reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigations with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain and improve lifecycle playbooks, SOPs, and tools for scalability.
• Coordinate with Store Growth, Finance, Technology and Field Ops for readiness updates.
