Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods seeks a Senior Store Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of new stores and major remodels, blending brand, merchandising, and athlete experience into high-performing retail environments.

You will translate business objectives into design strategies, oversee end-to-end processes, and mentor a team of Store Designers, partnering with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 7–10 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design or Retail design.
• Portfolio of store design work required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for complex large-scale projects including new stores and major remodels.
• Ideate concepts, illustrate ideas, and deliver scalable design solutions.
• Present concepts and prototypes to senior leadership using 3D modeling and drawings.
• Manage multiple projects with internal partners and external agencies.
• Set design standards and ensure consistency across the store network.
• Mentor and develop Store Designers and collaborate with Merchandising, Ops, and Marketing.
