Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail store operations or lifecycle management.
• Experience partnering with field teams and supporting multi-site execution.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of store lifecycle initiatives, including openings, remodels, closures, and events.
• Own integrated operational project plans, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure readiness, timelines, and execution quality.
• Manage lifecycle investments, budgets, and resource allocation for enhancements.
• Own lifecycle performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
