Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc. seeks a Principal, Account Management to support a state client and lead an account team across Finance, Implementation, Call Center, and Business Operations. This role ensures compliance with agreements, monitors performance, and drives revenue opportunities for MedImpact.

Required BA/BS with 8+ years in related areas and SME, plus 4+ years in leading contributors; experience in health benefits is preferred. Travel and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years in related areas and SME experience.
• At least 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders.
• Experience with healthcare benefits or pharmacy benefits management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Account Team and develop state-specific business plans focused on the State program’s goals.
• Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality levels.
• Coordinate training and provide on-going coaching to Account Management teams.
• Develop and maintain solid business relationships with assigned state contacts.
