Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Clinical Account Executive II to optimize Medicaid drug therapy and manage complex accounts. The role leads teams, designs analytics for cost and quality improvements, and partners with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Requires PharmD plus 5+ years in related areas and SME experience, with a licensed pharmacist status and state licensure readiness. Strong BI and MS Office skills are preferred, with a focus on value-based care.

Qualifications

• PharmD and 5+ years’ experience, plus 3 years SME in respective areas.
• Registered Pharmacist license in good standing and ability to obtain licensure in specific state within 6 months.
• Microsoft Office Suite and at least one BI tool (IBM Cognos or Tableau preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serves as team leader for specific account(s), coordinating tasks among junior members to meet client expectations.
• Monitors SLAs related to clinical services for managed accounts and reports risks to leadership.
• Provides recommendations to clients to lower net costs while maintaining high clinical quality.
• Coordinates clinical utilization analyses and presentations to clients and supports PDIs and PDL analyses.
• Coordinates clinical support of PDList during plan sponsor implementation.
