Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive II to drive the success of complex accounts and strategic key accounts. You will oversee client relationships to achieve financial goals, renewals, and upsell opportunities with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong leadership, senior-level negotiation, and the ability to manage a book of business while collaborating across MedImpact’s teams to optimize service, revenue, and operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 9+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the Self Insured segment preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages client strategic, financial, and business relationship plans.
• Oversees renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract negotiations.
• Lead client business planning meetings, reviews, and performance assessments.
• Collaborates with internal teams to solve problems and drive outcomes.
• Mentor new Account Executives during onboarding.
• Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
