MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive II to manage complex client relationships across strategic accounts.

You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and service excellence with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating with Sales, Implementation, and Finance. The role requires deep healthcare knowledge, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and travel up to 35% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 9+ years' experience in key accounts management.
• Experience with self-insured segments preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and manages strategic client plans and growth in membership.
• Lead client business planning meetings and financial reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables within budget.
• Maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
• Support renewals, upsell, and contract negotiations.
