Medica, a nonprofit health plan delivering care across multiple states, is seeking an Account Executive to own a defined book of Commercial accounts. You will manage escalated service issues, coordinate renewals with SRMs and AEs, and educate clients on programs and processes.

Strong relationships with brokers and internal teams are essential for success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior consultative role, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a senior-level consultative or relationship management role.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of business, managing escalated service issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Partner with SRMs and AEs to support renewals and new business processes, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Educate and consult clients on Medica's programs, products, and administrative processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
• Lead and prioritize the work of internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements while aligning solutions with client needs.
