You will supervise a team, ensure contract obligations are met, coordinate with sales and operations, and build strong relationships with regional clients while delivering value and service quality.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service plans to meet satisfaction in service delivery, performance, growth, profitability.
• Ensure service agreements and performance guarantees are met.
• Provide day-to-day leadership including policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Identify and lead business process improvements.
