Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Head of Strategic Startups to own the strategy, organization, and commercial outcomes for Anthropic’s relationships with AI-native startups. You will lead a team of Account Executives and define what the term strategic means for Anthropic in the startup ecosystem, shaping partnerships, investors engagement, and product roadmap impacts.

You will be a member of the GTM leadership team, guiding revenue growth through expansion, retention, and net-new strategic wins

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise or technical software sales experience.
7+ years of leading sales teams.
Proven track record of owning revenue, forecasts, and quotas.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year strategy for Anthropic’s Strategic Startups business and secure executive alignment.
Build and scale a high-performing Account Executive team and establish cadence.
Own the segment’s revenue plan and P&L-level outcomes, including forecasting and resource allocation.
Lead relationships with a portfolio of high-leverage AI-native startups and negotiate executive-level agreements.
Design and negotiate novel commercial and partnership structures that create durable relationships.
