Qualifications

• Experience owning large, multi‑business partnerships with senior executives
• Proven track record closing complex product partnerships and commercial agreements
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder negotiations with interlocking terms
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) to deliver complex deals

Responsibilities

• Manage a small number of large, multi‑faceted partner relationships end to end, setting strategy and maintaining health and commercial output
• Lead product partnerships, embedding Claude in partner products and co‑developing features with product/engineering leaders
• Run multiple deal streams in parallel across product integrations, distribution and GTM, and commercial/consumption agreements
• Negotiate complex, first‑of‑kind agreements including data terms, exclusivity, multi‑year commitments and revenue sharing
• Act as executive counterpart, guiding Anthropic leadership through partner engagements and negotiations
• Drive cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Policy
• Weigh commercial upside against strategic considerations and provide well‑reasoned recommendations to leadership
