AES Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, Stakeholder Relations for Central Region with a primary focus on Texas.

You will lead a regional team, shaping engagement plans across energy projects from prospecting through execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align with responsible development. You will guide community relations, manage risk, and cultivate partnerships with governments, utilities, and local organizations while advancing AES' social impact and project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in community engagement, public relations, public affairs or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred but not required for consideration.
• Minimum of 9 years of stakeholder engagement experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of stakeholder engagement professionals and set clear priorities.
• Develop local engagement plans for energy projects and campuses across Texas.
• Advise project teams on community needs, relationships and risk management.
• Build cross-functional alignment with Development, Permitting, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Coordinate with customers and partners on engagement strategies and expectations.
• Translate community insights into actionable responses and engagement responsibilities.
