Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Senior Staffing Coordinator to support Space Systems Command and related portfolios. The role requires senior‑level contractor support, strategic planning, and enterprise integration across multiple programs with government leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of DoD experience, Top Secret clearance, and strong skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication. This is an on‑site position with U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of DoD experience.
• Experience using ETMS2 or similar DoD task-management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles and real-world application.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or stakeholder engagement in a complex DoD environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and senior‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and executive‑level deliverables.
• Space Program Office/MAJCOM experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government customer’s principal advisor for portfolio strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate policy, strategic plans, program requirements, and technical considerations into cohesive recommendations.
• Oversee the Integration Team to align near‑term execution with long‑term enterprise objectives.
• Lead development of strategies advancing concept development, experimentation, and capability maturation.
• Collaborate with Government, industry, and mission partners to advance priorities and coordination.
• Manage senior‑level stakeholder engagements and executive communications.
• Develop and oversee strategic products, portfolio narratives, and briefs that articulate future capability pathways.
• Develop multi‑level stakeholder engagement strategies for coordinated messaging.
• Support acquisition integration activities, program reporting, and configuration management.
• Lead or support surge activities and special projects as needed.
