Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
• UKG timekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, track and report employee schedules for accuracy; prepare software-based time utilization reports and review with team leaders for trends and cost savings.
• Develop schedules for nurses, aides, therapists, or other patient care providers in staffing software.
• Identify daily cost-saving opportunities regarding payroll and overtime; input daily scheduling changes based on requests for time off.
• Monitor clock-in/clock-out procedures, notify management of absences, and prepare/payroll data for submission to Corporate Payroll.
• Prepare time utilization reports, turnover and vacancy reports, attendance reports, and on-demand reports.
