Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings and build the pipeline.
Conduct client meetings at work sites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and manage the job order process.
Own and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
