Job summary

Inizio Engage in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative with extensive pharmaceutical experience to drive access and adoption of therapies. You will build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and payers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and enable patient access through education and reimbursement support.

The role requires strong closing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to advance customer conversations toward clear outcomes.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations and mobilize internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and clinical and non-clinical decision making based on value proposition.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across accounts.
• Strategic account planning to move conversations from interest to action.
• Ensure product access and education on product information and reimbursement resources.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts and coordinate engagement with Genentech cross-functional partners.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends for HCP adoption.
