Airgas in Phoenix invites you to join us as a Specialty Gas Sales Specialist. You will cultivate customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and share technical guidance to co-create solutions for our customers.

This role emphasizes growth across target industries, collaboration with operations and support teams, and accurate pipeline updates in Salesforce. The position offers a base salary range of $70k-$80k plus commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outside sales experience with a strong relationship-building background across target sectors.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by cultivating new partnerships across target industries.
• Nurture and align with new and existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Co-create technical solutions with customers and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Collaborate on pricing and contract terms while maintaining accurate pipeline updates in Salesforce.
• Represent Airgas at industry events and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain clear internal communications and protect confidential information.
