Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Finance.
• 5+ years of Commercial Credit experience.
• 2+ years of Commercial Underwriter experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial statement spreading and analysis per Busey guidelines.
• Use cash flow, liquidity, profitability, and leverage data to assess risk of obligations.
• Prepare Commercial Credit Approval Request (CCAR) memos with risk information.
• Evaluate collateral, industry data and other credit information.
• Assist portfolio management: monitor covenants, borrowing base reports, portfolio reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of Commercial Banking Loan Policy and systems (nCino).
• Assist in the workout process and accompany Relationship Managers on calls.
• Participate in meetings to learn about line-managed credits.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and demonstrate independent thinking.
