The role requires strong financial analysis, CCAR memo preparation, collateral evaluation, and proactive portfolio oversight, with a focus on risk mitigation and policy adherence.

Base pay range is $80,000 – $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Finance.
• Requires 5+ years of Commercial Credit experience.
• Requires 2+ years of experience in Commercial Underwriter role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Financial statement spreading and analysis per guidelines.
• Assess cash flow, liquidity, profitability, and leverage to manage credit risk.
• Prepare CCAR memos with borrower strengths and weaknesses.
• Evaluate collateral and industry data for credit decisions.
• Assist portfolio management: monitor covenants and reports.
• Support relationship managers in opportunity memos.
• Maintain knowledge of loan policy and systems (nCino).
• Participate in pipeline meetings and support sales process as needed.
