Job summary

JLL in Austin, TX is seeking a Space Planner to optimize site layouts and support occupancy strategies. You will develop blocking, stacking, and adjacency plans, manage migrations, and maintain CAFM/IWMS data to ensure accurate space inventories across campus locations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in corporate space planning, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate space planning.
• Experience with interior office renovations desirable.
• Proficient with CAFM/IWMS for space mgmt.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-level blocking, stacking, and adjacency planning.
• Create migration plans and sequencing for moves across campus locations.
• Maintain CAFM/IWMS data for space inventory reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate planning meetings with MAC teams to resolve planning issues.
• Prepare floor plans, stack plans, and spend approval documents for stakeholders.
• Track seat demand vs. projections at the building level and forecast inventory changes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on site-specific planning strategies and enforce space policies.
