Job summary

JLL in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Space Planner to optimize locations according to client workplace standards and to develop space planning solutions, manage migration plans, and maintain data systems supporting space requirements.

You will create blocking, stacking, and adjacency plans, manage CAFM/IWMS data, and collaborate with MAC teams, producing floor plans and communications for stakeholders. Requires 3–5 years in corporate space planning and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate environment.
• Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level; interior office renovations desirable.
• Proven experience in space planning including stacking, blocking, and adjacency planning.
• Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS systems for space management and data maintenance.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop site-level blocking, stacking, and adjacency planning to optimize space allocation.
• Create migration plans and sequencing strategies for moves across campus locations.
• Manage CAFM/IWMS data systems to ensure accuracy of space inventory reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate planning meetings with MAC teams to resolve issues and support service requests.
• Prepare floor plans, stack plans, and spend documents for stakeholders.
• Track actual vs projected seat demand and forecast inventory changes.
