Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to support occupancy strategy and space management across a multi-year planning horizon. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and client teams, driving alignment on relocation, facilities, and program execution within the AMER region.

The role requires experience in corporate real estate, proficiency in CAFM systems and Excel, and a proven ability to translate data and floor plans into concise presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in corporate real estate or occupancy planning preferred.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and Bluebeam is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to present data with floor plans and concise visuals.
• Comfort with Office Suite and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy strategy and space management within workplace programs.
• Partner with Strategy teams to analyze portfolio and optimize space.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and analyze attendance metrics.
• Track headcount, space demand, and migration plans over 3 years.
• Create stacking diagrams and coordinate org-level moves.
• Apply space policies and maintain quarterly allocation plans.
• Review site audit data and coordinate validation with facilities.
