Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff; coach, evaluate performance, and manage recruitment.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Set deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Draft and review contracts and business documents for goods/services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, renewals and inform management.
• Oversee supplier certifications; review vendor performance on-site.
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and value of CBRE methods.
• Analyze facility management spend and identify value opportunities.
• Assist with RTFs, solution selection, and negotiations; manage national/regional contracts.
• Lead by example; align with CBRE RISe values and negotiate sensitive issues.
• Collaborate across disciplines to meet team objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in processes and systems.
