Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Sr. Manager to lead a large team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services.

You will develop and execute complex procurement strategies across multiple clients and departments, ensuring contracts and vendor performance meet CBRE standards. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and policy development skills, with a focus on global coordination and issue resolution within a dynamic procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required.
• 5–8 years of relevant procurement leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and procurement documents.
• Oversee vendor qualification, performance reviews, and cost approvals.
• Lead strategy development with stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
