Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience in indirect procurement, facilities management—janitorial or maintenance services.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, lead RFPs, and negotiate contracts independently.
• Strong analytical skills: build and present data-driven reports, conduct financial analysis, identify cost savings opportunities.
• Ability to work fully remote with high self-direction.
• Availability during core business hours in PST.

Responsibilities

• Account & Supplier Transition Support: assist with supplier transitions and align client needs with CBRE's network.
• Cost Savings & Sourcing: identify savings, lead end-to-end RFP processes, benchmark pricing.
• Supplier Management & Reporting: monitor performance, generate reports, ensure data integrity.
• Tactical Procurement Support: support onboarding, renewals, and procurement activities.
