Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize value for clients and departments.

The role sits within the Procurement function, focusing on sourcing and purchasing goods, services, and materials from vendors and suppliers. Strong leadership and contract management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• CPM, CPSM or NACM certifications or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, and renewals; inform management of changes.
