Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Sr. Manager to lead a large team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support multiple clients and departments with complex sourcing strategies.

The role sits within the Procurement function and involves developing contracts, managing supplier performance, and coordinating strategies at local to global levels. Expect a discretionary bonus and market-competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines.
• Assist with the development of company-wide policies and procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials.
• Work with business stakeholders and executive sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local, regional, and global levels.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents for large quantities of goods and services.
• Oversee contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and management of changes or results.
