Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager to lead a sizable team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing outsourced service providers. You will help multiple clients and departments develop and execute complex sourcing and procurement strategies.

You will work within the procurement function to source goods, services, or materials from vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards and global practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate staff; lead recruitment and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure deadlines.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and playbooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies at multiple levels.
• Draft and review contracts for large scale purchases and renewals.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
