Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to guide sensitive information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and staff development; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, extensions, renewals; inform management of changes.
• Manage supplier certification process and conduct vendor performance reviews.
